REPORTING ERRORS

Vmediacart.com service and application behavior is constantly monitored to provide uninterrupted service. Any application errors are reported by the application to our development team and corrected immediately.

When reporting an error please be specific as to what the error is, how it happened and provide as much relative information as possible. This will help us debug and correct it quickly and efficiently.

Please do not abuse this service by reporting errors that are indeed edit or design requests. Although we have a policy to charge for certain support we are implementing customer requests at no cost most of the time especially in the cases when the required change is small and will not have a drastic effect on the application and process flow.

An example of an error is a broken link, error in calculations, user is redirected to the error landing page when executing a particular action or similar.
